Sprint Radiator
NEW!
Aluminum radiator with furnace brazed tanks provides superior cooling in sprint applications. Features machined filler neck, 1-1/2" RH bottom outlet and four female top outlet ports for use with -10AN O-ring fittings. Radiator uses a smaller diameter cap (not included) such as ALL30124 or ALL30125. Radiator is 20" wide x 22" tall x 2" wide and weighs 9.7 lbs.

Radiator Honeycomb
Honeycomb screen mounts to front of radiator to protect from rocks and debris. Secure directly to radiator using ALL30085 mounting kit, sold separately. 19" x 26" x 1/2" thick.

Universal Radiator Mount Kit
Kit mounts Allstar radiators to factory radiator core supports. Aluminum side supports fasten around tanks to cradle radiator and the brackets can be drilled for a variety of mounting options. Side supports require notching to clear GM and Ford lower outlet fitting.

Triple Pass Radiators
Triple pass radiators circulate coolant across the top portion of the radiator, back across the mid-section and through the bottom allowing maximum heat dissipation. These radiators offer the same features as standard Allstar aluminum radiators including furnace brazed tanks, two rows of 1" tubes, billet machined filler neck with overflow, standard 1-3/4" outlet and a universal inlet designed to accept 1-1/2" standard hose, -16 or -20AN fittings (sold separately). Available in 24", 26", 28" and 31" overall widths (including tanks).

Upper Radiator Mount Kit
Channel rests on top of the core and two flat aluminum straps may be bolted or welded to the channel. Hook the steel springs into provided hole and connect to a lower chassis location. Kit includes channel (2" x 21.5"), two straps (1" x 11.5") and two 17" springs.

Fan Spacer Kits
Fan spacers position fan closer to radiator or fan shroud and away from pulleys. 1.5" - 3" spacers are uniquely designed allowing spacer to remain bolted to water pump while changing fans. Aluminum spacers include reducer bushing, four Allen bolts to secure spacer to water pump and four hex bolts with washers to secure fan to spacer. Note: ALL30180 and ALL30182 include one set of four Allen bolts only.

Radiator Air Scoop For Sprint Car
Maximize airflow through the radiator, increase cooling efficiency and at the same time, create down force. Lightweight and durable gray plastic is 1/8" thick x 21" wide x 11" tall.

Chrome Plated Water Neck
Cast aluminum 45 degree water neck fits small block Ford. Includes an O-ring for sealing the base flange and two hex head bolts.

1:1 Pulley Kits For SB Chevy
Lightweight double groove aluminum pulley kits include crank and water pump pulleys and belts for Allstar block or head mount power steering pump. Use short water pumps with 5/8" diameter hole. Components also sold separately.

Hose Clamps
Heavy duty all stainless steel clamps are easily tightened with a deep slot hex-head screw. Superior to standard hardware store clamps.
